As a Veteran serving Veterans and Active Military, he also specializes in military relocations and is a Certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP), often having assisted our active duty service members and their families purchase their new homes while deployed in combat zones overseas.

Brian's Background & Biography

Brian L. A. Wess is an Honorably Discharged Veteran of the United States Army with Bachelors Degree in History, Political Science, and Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo where he was a multiple honors graduate.

Brian has been voted the "Best Realtor In Colorado Springs" (2006 Gold, 2008 Silver, 2013 Bronze and 2014 Bronze), in the Independent News Readers Poll and Colorado Springs Gazette 'Best of'. Additionally in 2013 and 2014 Brian was voted as the 'Best Real Estate Relocation Specialist' (Silver, Bronze) and 'Best Independent Real Estate Office' (Bronze) in the Colorado Springs Gazette 'Best of'.

In 2006 Brian was selected by the national real estate & relocation publication Real Estate Magazine as one of the "Top 50 Realtors on the Rise in the United States" and voted 'Best Up-and Coming Business Person Under 40' in Colorado Springs by clients and readers of the Colorado Springs Business Journal.

In 2001 the Colorado Springs Business Journal selected Brian as one of Colorado Springs "Top 40 Business Achievers Under 40".

Prior to his real estate career, Brian worked in management for several Fortune 500 Companies and small independent companies including a small, minority, woman-owned business.

Public Service

Brian is a prolific volunteer in the Colorado Springs & Pikes Peak Region and the Founder/Organizer of the Annual Defenders of Freedom: Veterans Recognition Ride that since 2008 that has collected tens of thousands of dollars to Benefit our Fallen, Wounded and at Risk Military Service Members, Veterans and their Families through The Special Operations Warrior Foundation, The Wounded Warrior Project and the El Paso County Homeless Veterans Coalition.

Brian has also been honored with the President's Volunteer Service Award numerous times since 2006 when he received the Silver Award for Service and again in 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 & 2012 when he received the Gold Award for Service for volunteering over 500 hours of service each year.
