The Golden Bee - 1 Lake Circle, The Broadmoor Hotel (719)634-7711
This is a real English pub. Their story tells this pub was once located in England. The pub was disassembled and put into crates and was sold in New York at an auction. The Golden Bee originally came to The Broadmoor in 1961 as a collection of panels and fixtures from an entire 19th-century pub that were shipped from England and eventually reassembled in Colorado Springs - a town once nicknamed "Little London." Celebrated as a unique dining adventure, the Golden Bee offers wonderful pub-fare and plenty of English charm. A ragtime piano player tickles the keys to a repertoire of sing-a-long songs nightly beginning at  8:30 p.m. Classic songs including Sweet Caroline, Margaritaville, and Piano Man are played by request, and patrons are encouraged to grab songbooks, raise their glasses, and sing along! An ok selection of Ale is available in Pints or served in yards.
Price Range: $9 - $14 and up Attire: Casual

Cowboys Country & Western - New Location - 18 N. Tejon St. Downtown 
Formerly Tequila's - Formerly The Vue - Plays old and new music occasionally Live Bands. The age group ranges from 23 to 45. They also serve food. The best nights are Thursday (lady's night), Friday and Saturday.


Coffee Houses

Pikes Perk Coffee & Tea House - 5 Locations
Handcrafted coffee & espresso drinks made from thier own coffee blend fresh roasted weekly here in Colorado Springs. An extensive selection of loose leaf teas, chai, yerba mate, fruit smoothies with pastries, ice cream, lunch items and chocolates all from local specialty shops.


Dance Clubs

Rum Bay at Bourbon Street - 20 N. Tejon (Downtown)
In the Tejon Street Club Block Downtown, this is one of the hottest spots in town. Rum Bay is actually 4 different themed bars in 1 multi level club. There is everything from a Disco to Karoke to a Martini Bar...a little something for everyone.



The Underground - 130 E. Kiowa (Downtown) (719)633-0590
The Underground, probably one of the more popular clubs to visit in Colorado Springs is a unique 2 level club where the atmosphere and sound is of a Techno/Alternative arrangement with live bands, on occasion, and DJs. The average age group is 21 to 30.
They have 5 pool tables, darts, foosball and a shuffle board. There are 4 bar areas though food is not served. Best Nights are Wednesday (kiddie night - under 21), Friday and Saturday.

Located in South Downtown. Full Service Bar,
beer, wine, martinis, with a nice menu including lunch, dinner. Inside and outside dining, TVs for viewing sporting events, a stage for visiting bands and DJ's, and an Entertainment area with darts, Pool and foosball.

Thunder & Buttons II - 2415 West Colorado Ave, 719-447-9888
Located in Old Colorado City. Thunder & Buttons has a colorful history and a nostalgic aviator theme to compliment its diverse menu that includes Buffalo (as in Bison) Burgers, Elk Chili, Bangers & Mash (a fav in Great Britain), Sandwiches, Pastas, and even Tiramisu for dessert. Music on Select Nights...check the schedule. Just a nice place to hang.


The Thirsty Parrot - 32 South Tejon (719)884-1094
Located in downtown Colorado Springs, The Thirsty Parrot serves a menu featuring Caribbean cuisine, as well as an extensive tropical drink menu. Sundays at 1pm for FREE Texas Hold 'Em. Win prizes, trips, bar tabs, etc. College & Ladies Night at the Parrot each Wednesday for drink specials.

Gasoline Alley - 28 North Tejon Street
Located in the Tejon Club Block of Downtown Colorado Springs, Gasoline Alley is one of the newest rockin hangouts that offers live music on select nights. If you're a Rock Music fan this is a good place to hang out with a rooftop bar that offers spectacular mountain and city views. Though there is no cover...be prepared for VERY expensive drinks ($5.25 drafts) that make up for it.

Home to The Broadmoor signature stone oven. Since 1938, The Tavern has been serving the best steaks and seafood in town. Enjoy the sounds of the Tavern Orchestra. Live music and dancing in the evenings (Thursday through Sunday) in the main Tavern room; art deco motif in the Mayan Room; patio dining in the glass-enclosed Garden Room. CURRENTLY CLOSED - This National Historic Landmark has seen some tough times and multiple owners over the past several years, but now has Pool tables, 7 Beers on Tap, a menu of Apps, Sandwiches and Burgers, a Large Full Service Patio - Smokers Welcome, Live Music on Select Nights, and Lots of Parking.

Just a couple of regular guys who love brewing and have over 40 years of brewing experience between them put together this true brewery bar that serves their Multiple Award Winning Brews on tap right in the brewery. In addition, you can also learn how to home brew beer and wine as t
he facility has all the equipment it takes to brew both right on the premisis. So if you are a beginner, and interested in making up some great tasting wine or beer, you can come in and their experts will Brew With YOU. If you are an experienced brewer, you can drop on by and pick up almost any supplies you would need, as they routinely carry over 40 different varieties of hops, many of which are fresh whole leaf and 50 or so different types of grains.

Specializes in a variety of unique dishes, and has microbrewed beers as well. Great renovation of an old building. Features an upstairs pool room. Phantom Canyon is a great place to hang out with your friends.

The Warehouse Brewery, Resturant & Art Gallery -

A menu of upscale Colorado and Continental cuisine highlighted by daily specials. The food is freshly prepared. Brewing Traditional Ales and Lagers since 1995, handcrafted in small batches and served in pints at the restaurant and to go in growlers and kegs. Lunch Monday through Friday 11am to 4pm and dinner daily until midnight. Closed on Sunday.

Ilvicino Wood Oven Pizza & Brewery

A contemporary Italian Trattoria (meaning small family run restaurant) serving authentic and reasonably priced wood-oven Pizza, unique entre Salads, delicious Panini style sandwiches and baked Lasagna. designed for quick, easy service and casual dining. Over a dozen different wood-oven Pizza's and Calzones are offered daily. Italian and California wines are available by the glass or bottle and paired specifically to compliment our food. A full array of espresso drinks, Italian waters and micro-brewed ales are also available. 

Judge Baldwin's in the Antlers Hilton - 4 S. Cascade Ave. (719)473-5600
Judge Baldwin's was the first microbrewery in town. They have great appetizers and great beer. Try the amber if you go. You can get your beers in yards and half yards as well. Now they have live bands on Wednesday.

Boasting itself to be the home of the "World's Largest Margarita" due to the Guinness World Record setting 4765.5 Gallon Margarita they made in celebration of their 25th Anniversary on May 20, 1999. Decent menu of traditional Mexican/American favorites with a well stocked bar and nearly 50 tequilla's. Live Music on certain nights.

Located in one of Colorado Springs' traditional favorite locations - the old Alamo Hotel - is a swanky Bar & Restaurant that is once comfortable and elegant. Swing music, warm wood and 1890's stonework with historic photos on the walls of the earlier days of Colorado Springs. Nearly 40 Martinis, an extensive wine list of 70 imported & domestic wines, a respectable menu including the fine, thick cuts of meat, fresh fish, pasta, sandwiches and salads featuring grilled or smoked meats and vegetables, and a specially ventilated cigar/smoking lounge with a selection of cigars available for purchase.

This is the spot where all the professionals hang out... Why is this? Great food, great drinks and great bands. The only drawback about the Ritz is there's not a lot of room, so you need to get there early.

Chain restaurant modeled in the style of an english pub definitely more of a sports bar atmosphere. Decent Menu & Bar. Modern Pop background music with videos often play too loud for conversations and M-TV style videos are a little too racy for younger children.

The Dublin House is the old sports standby. Big screen TVs and good food, but just a wee bit on the expensive side.

O'Furry's plays all kinds of music with memorobilia decorated walls and sports a volleyball court. Ages range from 21 to 40 and is popular with the College Crowd. They also serve pretty good wings. Good nights to go are Thursday (college night), Friday and Saturday.
