The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the HIGHEST Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes extensive professional accomplishments in both experience and education and had been called the PhD of Real Estate.
Since 1977 the Council of Residential Specialists has been conferring the CRS Designation on agents who meet its stringent requirements. Currently, CRS Designees represent the top 4% of all REALTORS and are responsible for over 25% of ALL the real estate transactions in the United States each year.
